Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Contact our support team at support@avelinelane.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra charge (subject to availability).
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable.
